We moved in August 2024. Very cold house. Looked to improve the thermal comfort as the main driver. All aspects of house including heating, solar PV and battery, insulation, glazing, EV charger new underfloor heating with radiators upstairs were installed. Bathrooms heating replaced with infrared heaters. 3000 ltr grey water system in garden. EPC C71 (pre changes)
